Are all caregivers certified?
Yes. Every caregiver on sass.care must hold a valid NSDA (National Skills Development Authority) certificate. We verify this manually before they can access the platform — no automated shortcut.
How does GPS tracking work?
Once a caregiver accepts your booking and begins traveling to your home, their live GPS location is visible in your family app. You receive a push notification when they arrive. Tracking is geo-fenced to your service zone.
What if I'm not satisfied with a caregiver?
You can request a replacement at any time. Rate the shift after completion. If a caregiver receives consistently low ratings, they are reviewed by our quality team and may be removed from the platform.
How do I pay?
All payments are made securely through the app via bKash, Nagad or debit/credit card. You pay upfront when booking. The caregiver's 70% share is transferred automatically after each shift is verified.
Which areas are covered?
Phase 1 covers Gulshan, Banani, Baridhara and Dhanmondi in Dhaka. We are geo-locked to these zones to ensure fast response times and consistent caregiver quality. Expansion to other cities is planned for 2027.
Can I see the caregiver's shift logs?
Yes. After every shift, the caregiver must complete a digital log before marking the shift as finished. This includes vitals, medication notes, and photos of prescriptions or doctor's notes. You can view the full history in your family app.
How do I apply as a caregiver?
Tap "Apply as Caregiver" in the app and upload your NID, NSDA certificate, profile photo and a written experience summary. Our admin team reviews every application manually. Approved caregivers are notified within 48 hours.
Is there a minimum booking?
For hourly bookings, the minimum is 4 hours per session. Weekly and monthly packages have a fixed schedule of 8 hours per day. There is no minimum commitment for packages — you book what you need.
